The board of directors is in charge of making decisions, reviewing and approving the different development strategies, as well as the plans and operative budgets. The Board of Directors is composed by members of the following institutions: The School of Agriculture of the Humid Tropic (EARTH), the Central American Bank of Economic Integration (BCIE) the Association of User Producers of the Program of Agroindustrial Development (ASOPROAGROIN) (with a representative of the producers), the Executive Power (Ministry of Agriculture and Cattle breeding) and the Municipality of Guatuso.

In the Regional Credit Committees, the credit applications presented by the producers and their organizations are discussed and voted by two representatives of the producers. The Regional Director of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cattle Breeding, the fiduciary company and the Executive Director of the Program.

The Executive Direction is in charge of elaborating and presenting the programs, plans, and budgets to the Administrative board for approval and execution. The members of this Direction are the only officials hired full-time for the Program. The Direction is formed by: an Executive Director, a Direction Assistant, an Administrative Assistant, one person in charge of logistics, a Quality Manager, and a Quality Auditor. Likewise, there is a Credit and Finance Manager, another person in charge of accounting and a Credit and collection representative. Finally, each project has a Product Leader, Technical Assistance Supervisors and their respective Continuation and Harvest Technician.

The Technical Banking Committee is a team constituted by the Trustee in order to evaluate the credit applications presented by the producers to analyze the documentation and the quality of the banking guarantees.

The Trustee serves Financial consultantship to the Directive Administrative Board, they analyze the impact of the investments, revenues and expenses in the real value of the patrimony, as instrument for the strategic and operative orientation of the organization.
